CFH is thrilled to offer employees a comprehensive benefits package.  Here are the details: 

  • Employees are eligible if they work 20 hours per week and are covered the first of the month following date of hire. 
  • PTO is accrued at up to 20 days per year for full time employees 
  • We observe 11 holidays (including one floating holiday) 
  • We offer 100% premium coverage for employees only for Medical, Dental, EAP, Vision, Life, and LTD 
  • The Medical plan is a Kaiser PPO (you can use both the HMO and PPO options to maximize coverage options) 
  • Delta Dental – 2 preventative visits and a $1500/yr benefit 
  • VSP Vision – eye exam and lenses or contacts, generous allowance towards frames 
  • Life and ADD – $12,000 
  • LTD – to age 65
